A little about me

My name is Jonathan Zenor, and I am an amateur photographer in the Colorado Springs area.   On 27 Nov, 2009 I bought my first dSLR camera, a Canon Rebel T1i.  As I am a completely new to the photography world I thought it would be a fun idea to record my journey, thus creating this photo blog.

My favorite forms of photography are Nature pictures, especially animal pictures, but I love landscapes as well.  I also would like to do a small amount of macro photography and astrophotography.  I’m not much into portraits; I like capturing people in their natural environment living life rather than having them pose for a fake picture.
